About BOOM Exhibits & Interiors

BOOM BV is a family business based in Oisterwijk with over 45 years of experience in international stand construction. We design and realize creative exhibition stands and interiors for a wide range of clients both domestically and abroad. What characterizes us? What are you going to do?

As a Stand Construction Project Manager, you oversee international trade fair and exhibition projects from A to Z. From the initial client request to on-site delivery, you maintain an overview, act quickly, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

You are the link between clients, designers, suppliers, logistics partners, and our own construction team. Meanwhile, you monitor the schedule, budget, and project administration, and make adjustments where necessary.

In addition, you will be involved with:

  • customer and supplier contact;

  • work preparation and technical documentation;

  • material lists and schedules;

  • On-site coordination, in the Netherlands and sometimes internationally.

No project is the same. One week you are working on an exhibition stand in Germany, the next week you are managing a setup in the Netherlands.

What are you bringing?

  • At least 3 years of experience as a project manager;

  • Experience in stand construction, events, exhibitions, or a similar project environment is a plus;

  • Good command of Dutch and English;

  • You work in a structured manner and think in solutions;

  • You maintain an overview, even when the pressure mounts;

  • You switch easily between different parties;

  • You take responsibility and enjoy a dynamic work environment.
